Gymnasts should arrive at 14:00 sharp any late gymnasts will not have time to complete a full warm-up so it’s very important that they are there on time. Please drop gymnasts at the upstairs studio. Any supporters will be unable to enter the hall until 14:45 to allow time to complete hall setup. We would appreciate any raffle donations which can be handed to a coach at any time. We will also be having a tombola, 100 squares, selling… gymnastics shorts and ex competition leotards. We are hoping to purchase a new trampette and springboard so we appreciate your generosity! Please see below a list of everything gymnasts require:-

• Display leotards
• Display T-shirts (If gymnasts don’t have one this is fine)
• Black shorts (optional)
• Sports bag to put belongings in during display
• Hair accessories
• Bottle of water
