Gymnasts should arrive on time with hair tied back neatly.  This is a closed session so parents/carers are not permitted to watch.  The session will only last one hour from warm up.

Gymnasts should have received an email with a video link showing the sequence so they can practice at home.  If anyone did not receive the email please let a coach know at the start of training.  Thank you!

Please see warm up times and numbers below.  If gymnasts in the afternoon could arrive 15 minutes before the warm up time that would be great – we’re hoping the competition will run ahead of schedule! Please see warm up times below for gymnasts competing at the Scottish Invitational 2017.  Please ensure gymnasts are on time for warm up as this is a really busy competition with clubs attending from down South.  There will be a sprung floor as well as another matted area in the warm up hall.  We would like to remind gymnasts that they should remain in the warm up area throughout the competition.  There are very tight warm up times and we don’t want any partnerships to miss these.  Thank you!
