On January 8th and 15th training for the above gymnasts will take place at Avondale 12:30 – 16:30.  These session will concentrate on routines and competition preparation.  Gymnasts should only attend in full partnerships – if full partnerships are not available gymnasts should attend normal training at The Leisuredrome.  Thank you!
