The club’s Annual Display will take place on  Sunday 9th June 2013 at Avondale, Larkhall from 5-7pm.  Some gymnasts may have received a letter with Saturday 15th June as the display date but this had to be changed due to a change of date with another event so to confirm, the date for display will be Sunday 9th June 2013.

All club gymnasts will be involved in the display so please notify a coach ASAP if any gymnast is unavailable on this date.  All gymnasts will be required to purchase a custom made leotard for the display. The club will be subsidising the cost of the leotards by £3.00 per gymnast so the costs will be as follows – Sizes 24-26: £13.00, 28-32: £15.00 and 34-36: £19.00. These leotards will be used for the display and can be worn afterwards at competitions and training sessions. If gymnasts do not purchase this leotard, they will be unable to participate in the display.

Please hand in payment in a sealed envelope with the gymnast’s name and size of leotard required marked clearly on the envelope. Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday gymnasts must have their payment handed in by Tuesday 16th April and Wednesday and Saturday gymnasts must have their payment handed in no later than Saturday 27th April due to the school holidays.
