At recent sessions poor timekeeping from several gymnasts has been noticed by coaches and it is becoming increasingly disruptive to sessions. We would ask that you drop gymnasts at training 5-10minutes before each session begins in order for all sessions to start promptly. We appreciate that the majority of gymnasts arrive on time for sessions and that this only applies to a minority of gymnasts, but please do your best to have gymnasts at training on time in order to maximise time in the gym.
If gymnasts are unable to attend training for any reason, please inform a coach beforehand.

Please ensure all training fees are paid ASAP.

The Christmas Party will take place on Saturday 15th December at Meadowburn Primary School from 9-11.30 and all gymnasts are invited to come along and join in. Gymnasts should wear leotards as normal.

Please check the website for all Christmas holidays and to check when sessions re-start in January.
