Please ensure that all gymnasts who are attending Avondale on Friday 16th March (all Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday gymnasts) arrive ready to start the session at 7.30. Gymnasts should pay £5.00 on the night and the session will finish at 9.30.
Details of the address for Avondale are on the previous post and if you have any questions please speak to a coach at the end of a session. If gymnasts are not attending, a coach must be notified in advance.
