At recent sessions poor timekeeping from several gymnasts has been noticed by coaches and it is becoming increasingly disruptive to sessions. We would ask that you drop gymnasts at training 5-10minutes before each session begins in order for all sessions to start promptly. We appreciate that the majority of gymnasts arrive on time for sessions

Well done to all gymnasts who participated in the Schools Gymfest on Wednesday night. We had several gymnasts representing their schools as well as those representing the club. A tumbling session has been arranged at Greenhills Sports Centre, East Kilbride on Sunday 9th December. The session will run from 9-11 and gymnasts should pay £5.00 on the day. All gymnasts will be participating in the In-House Competition being held in the Leisuredrome, Bishopbriggs on Sunday 25th November 2012.
