There will be a tumble competition for all Saturday morning gymnasts and all competitive gymnasts on Saturday 31st January 2015 in Meadowburn Primary School. This will be an excellent opportunity for those competing in the Scottish to practice their tumble runs. Tickets will be on sale after Christmas at the end of every session. If

Please see below warm up times for gymnasts competing on Saturday 6th December at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility, O’Donnell Way, Motherwell, ML1 2TZ. Gymnasts must arrive on time for warm ups with competition leotard, tracksuits and hair in a bun. Please note that as this is a team competition only team medals will be received.

The gymnasts listed below will be entered in the Acrobay Invitational Team Competition 2015. This will now run over two days so please check dates listed below. This is a team competition and we have both an FIG team and an NDP team. Entry fee for the competition is £15.00 per gymnast. T-shirts are also available for the event

Our Christmas party this year is Thursday 18th December. All gymnasts are welcome regardless of training nights. Lots of games, prizes and goodies for everyone! Remember to please wear normal gymnastics attire as lots of the games are gymnastics based. Look forward to seeing everyone there!
