    An Avondale session has been arranged for Friday 18th January 2013.  Apologies for the short notice but we only received the confirmation today.  The session will take place from 7.00-9.30 which means we will have an extra 30mins in the gym.  Gymnasts should pay £5.00 on the night and if gymnasts have their own competition…
