• The first batch of display t-shirts has now arrived and t-shirts have been stoned by Suzy sparkles! Gymnasts will all receive t-shirts over the next couple of weeks, some before others just depending on when orders were handed in.  Please ensure t-shirts are not washed any higher than thirty degrees.

• Our Leotastic custom made leotards have arrived and will be handed out at training this week.  Please note there are specific washing instructions that should be followed to ensure your leotard doesn’t dull. Washing Instructions – We recommend all leotards are turned inside out prior to washing. Hand wash in cold water, do not use hot water. DO NOT use bleach, harsh detergents or fabric conditioner. DO NOT leave folded when wet. DO NOT lay flat to dry. Thank you!

• Please note we are still awaiting Aspire display leotards however, we are expecting these to arrive this week.  As soon as we receive them these will be handed out at training.

• Also please be aware that we have a VERY limited number of tickets left so if you haven’t already purchased yours we advise you do so ASAP or you may miss out – £8.00 Adult / £6.00 concession.  We won’t have any tickets available on the day, all tickets must be purchased beforehand.

• We are having a raffle at the display to raise funds for our club and would appreciate any donations of raffle prizes.  These can be brought on the day or handed to a coach beforehand.

• Gymnasts will all receive letters this week detailing what hair should be like for display and what gymnasts are required to bring with them.  If you have any questions about the display or rehearsals please ask a coach at the beginning of any session.

There are now only a limited number of tickets left for the display! Please purchase ASAP because it looks like tickets will sell out this week!

Tickets are selling out fast for our annual display so please ensure you buy them ASAP.  Tickets are available at the beginning of each training session – Adults £8.00 / Concession £6.00.

Display T-shirts must be ordered by Saturday 16th May.  Unfortunately, no late orders can be accepted!  We already have over seventy T-shirts ordered – make sure you don’t miss out! If you don’t train on Saturday you’re very welcome to pop in to Meadowburn with order form and payment 09:00 – 11:30.

Please remember how important attendance is whilst organising the display.  It is very difficult to practice display routines with gymnasts missing as lots of group balances are involved.  We would also appreciate if gymnasts could be on time for training so we have as much time as possible working on routines.  Thank you!

Wednesday 10^th June – Final Wednesday session at Meadowburn

Sunday 7^th June – FULL REHEARSAL – All display gymnasts 14:00 – 16:00 – Training is on as normal at 12:00 for Sunday gymnasts.

Saturday & Sunday – 13^th – 14^th – Tumble Qualifier – Sheffield

Saturday 13^th June – Final Saturday session at Meadowburn

Thursday 18^th June – FULL DRESS REHEARSAL – Leisuredrome – All display gymnasts 18:00 – 20:30

Saturday 20^th June – DISPLAY 15:00 – 17:00 – Gymnasts should arrive at 14:00 for warm up!

Unfortunately Meadowburn is being used for the election therefore we are having to cancel our session on Wednesday 6th May.  We also have no training on Thursday 7th May for the same reason.  Could you please pass this message on to ensure everyone is aware of the situation.  Also, please remember the following week will be the last opportunity to order display T-shirts as the final order is being sent on Saturday 16th May.  Thank you!
