June Tournament 2013

Well done to the gymnasts who competed in the June Tournament yesterday at Ravenscraig. There were lots of great routines from the club’s gymnasts and a couple of our younger partnerships just missed out on medals after excellent routines.

The G2 WG of Ainslie Bennett, Jess Daly and Aimee McInally won bronze medals in their category and this was an improvement on their last competition. The new 11-16 trio of Heather Mardle, Fiona Glen and Ellie Lavy claimed bronze medals in the Balance section of their category after a well executed routine. Sarah Finlay, Sophie Thomson and Becky Daly took the gold medal in the G3 WG in their first competition together.

Well done to you all and keep up the good work!
