Avondale Training Session

A training session has been booked at Avondale on Friday 16th November 2012. The session will run from 7.30pm-9.30pm and £5.00 per gymnast should be paid on the night at the start of the session

It is important for all gymnasts to attend this session.


In-House Competition

The club will hold an In-House Competition for all gymnasts on Sunday 25th November 2012.  The competition will be held in the main hall in the Leisuredrome, Bishopbriggs and will run from 1pm-4pm.

All Wednesday and Saturday gymnasts will perform individual routines and those who train on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays will perform Acro routines.  The competition will be judged in categories according to age groups for individual routines and the Acro competition will be judged in grades as normal.

Gymnasts should arrive for warm-up at 12noon and should wear club tracksuits and leotards if they have them.  Gymnasts will be given the opportunity to order club tracksuits and leotards before the competition.  All gymnasts should arrive with hair in buns.

Tickets will be sold at all training sessions from Wednesday 31st October with adult tickets priced at £2.00 and tickets for children £1.00.  Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis and no tickets will be sold on the day of the competition.

If any gymnast is unavailable to compete on this date please inform a coach as soon as possible at the end of training or contact the club by email –  If you have any questions please speak to a coach at the end of training or email the club.
