Dates for the upcoming competitions 2011 – 2012 have been added to the EVENTS page. Please check these dates and if any competitive gymnast is unable to attend we would appreciate it if you could inform a coach as soon as possible.

Avondale Training Session, Friday 11th November 2011
A training session has been arranged at Avondale, Larkhall on Friday 11th November 2011 from 7.30pm-9.30pm. A £5.00 fee will be payable on the night.
